What is money? Essential for life? The root of all evil? An energy?

JimmyDo you have things in your life beyond price? Family, felines, companion animals, friends, even stuff with either a ‘sentimental value’ or something created with love, like a quality piece of furniture, cat ornament or watch for example?

For me it’s my keepers’ laps. For Daisy it’s her time spent outside, and for Holly a safe place.

Money in your rather insane world has acquired a mystic quality. It supposedly began as a tool to facilitate barter and exchange, has the romance of early gold coins which evolved into baser metals, then we had notes, now we have computers.

Money today is created out of nothing by central banks. You all have mountains of debt. Your countries are all in debt to someone. But no-one ever tells you who owns this debt, or how the whole system was created.

Wouldn’t it be fascinating if you could return to or create a system which rewarded those who created things of real value, and you stopped rewarding those who manipulated symbols [traders/bankers] and created nothing but more misery and greater control?

[Good grief Jimmy, this is a little heavy isn’t it? I’m wondering now if I prefer your ‘truth’ rants!]

I shall continue. ‘Humanity’ has reached a point in time where you are all so brainwashed that you cannot ‘get your heads around’ the fact that money is created out of thin air. If you borrow a few thousand pounds to buy a car, where does the money come from? The loan company/bank yes. But where do they get it from?

You have been brainwashed to believe lifelong debt is as natural as cat nip or tuna. Try understandings this. Once upon a time, there was a colony of cats. They lived according to the principle of a gift economy.

Some cats would go out and get food, and on return it would be shared amongst the whole colony. Some cats needed to have their fur ‘brushed.’ Some cats enjoyed doing this service. Some cats looked after the kittens. Some cats would go to human ‘settlements’ and help them with learning to live with love, peace and honour. Some cats would entertain the colony members.

moreNone of their interactions involved barter or haggling. The cats knew they lived in a world of plenty, long ago provided by the Great Cat, and they dismissed the human nonsense of scarcity, over-population, greed and control. Through this abundance, they only ‘worked’ a few hours a week. Each cat provided a good or service to his/her neighbour without expectation of reward or reciprocity. Each related to each other by ‘gifting’ their talents to the colony. They also dismissed the nonsense that all sentient beings ‘had to’ live in an over-complex world of hyper-technology. The colony was not one notch up from the Stone Age. They used the right technology [can openers, stainless steel dishes, cat-nip infused woolly mice] to suit their needs.

Services and goods which were used in the colony were treasured and kept. And they lasted anyway. The human mantra of “make, take and throw away” was replaced by “create, share and make sacred.”

In the same way as your notes and coins are almost totally worthless, resting totally on the shared perception that they have value, the example of the cat colony proved to be an inspiration to many sectors of your society…

“I am what I am because of who we all are.” [Ubuntu philosophy]

hen loveUnless you have designs on the life of a lighthouse keeper, and even then you have to depend on others for some things, you are indeed who you are because of who we all are. Imagine a world without cat wisdom. Imagine a world without anything else but you, money and bankers.

No-one who has read any of my writings can forget my role is to help you wake up and spread the feline message of love and compassion. And for serious students of cats you know we don’t buy into ‘raw in tooth and claw’ put out by the British Brainwashing Corporation’s Attenborough.

So, please let your imagination fly, start researching the alternative world that is emerging, step forward into the light, let go of your old, useless and destructive ideas fed to you by those in power, and live.

Let this be my gift to you. My life and all your lives are gifts of the Great Cat. That is why we are hard-wired for compassion and caring for each other.

Simple isn’t it?

Jimmy, April 2014.

A Cats Prayer

Lead me down all the right paths,
Keep me from fleas, bees, and baths.
Let me in should it storm,
Keep me safe, fed, and warm.
