Ceci is a very special little lady who lives in Nederland, Texas, with her human Dad, Darren, and her foster brother and sister: Tigger and Gabby.

She has a lot to say on a lot of issues and she’s certainly a feisty little miss.  She is also blind, but that doesn’t deter her from speaking out on what she feels passionate about.
